What we do

We’re specialist physiotherapists and pilates instructors. Together we offer physio, sports physio, Pilates, women’s health physio, pre-natal/post-natal physio and Pilates and specialist bike fitting. We’re based in Easebourne, Midhurst, West Sussex, on the border of Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.

Our Clinic is based at Midhurst Granaries while our pilates classes are held at The Old Town Hall, Midhurst.
